If there is one subject more than any others that I am qualified to talk about it is making money online. In the last year I personally have earned thousands of dollars part time online and not only am I going to share with you how I have done this I am going to tell you that if you set your mind to it you can do exactly the same.

In my first serious month of earning money online in October 2006 I earned around $36 US dollars and I thought that was pretty cool, it was like making money out of thin air. Despite the initial low amount I could see the potential and figured out that if I could increase that amount by around 20% a month for the next 33 months I would be earning over $7000 a month and no longer require a full time job.

Well you have found me 13 months into an experiment that has literally changed my life. Last month (October 2007) I earned $1278 US dollars online and that was part time. Luckily for you I have documented the ENTIRE process and you can view my latest Money Making Summary Online.

The fact is that I have not found any get rich quick schemes, all the money has been earned by hard work - yep blood sweat and tears however aside from that the potential is so great that I am prepared to work extremely hard for the next couple of years to increase the base of both passive and active income that I am starting to build.

These are the main methods that I have used to make money so far…. Ideally you really need to start your own blog site or website and have around 3 months of content before you head down this path. If you haven’t then I suggest that you go and do that first and come back in 90 days after you have updated your site at least two or three times for that entire period.

Paid Posts
There are a number of paid to post companies that will regularly pay you for writing articles promoting various advertisers that you post on your site. You normally need a blog that is at least 90 days old and filled with content before you can qualify for such a program. The main programs that I use and recommend are…

Payperpost - probably the biggest player in this arena. The better ranked your blog the more money you can earn from this company.
Smorty - A great little company offers good posts, a great affiliate program and you have 3 days to write an article once you have saved one.
Blogsvertise - Another smallish company that pays well and can provide you with regular work if your blog is reasonably ranked.
PayU2Blog - One of my main earners, they feed regular work with low paying but quick to write (60 word posts) projects and can provide a consistent income.

Selling Advertising
There are many types of advertising that you can sell if you have your own websites and blogs, one of the main earners for my own projects is Google Adsense which provides contextual advertising on a cost per click basis. By driving more traffic to your sites you can increase the income earned and this is almost entirely passive in the sense that it can make you money while you are sleeping.

Widgetbucks is another advertising program that I use on some of my sites, they pay you everytime someone clicks on the ads and again the more traffic that you can drive to your site the more money you can earn.

Affiliate programs
Affiliate programs are those where you sell a product on behalf and make some kind of commission. I have not had great success with these type of programs as yet however have earned a little money this way.
