It is important that you realize that airlines are looking for a healthy and polished front line to be the face of their business. If you are lucky enough to make it to an interview these are some of the things the interviewers will be trying to find out about you.
How well do you handle stressful situations?
Are your social skills quality enough to to fulfill the various requirments of the job?
How would you conduct yourself if faced with a difficult or awkward passenger situation?
How well will you work both individually but more importantly as a team member?
Do you take direction well?
Other things to help you get hired as a Flight Attendant
It is important that you put your very best appearance foward. Trimed and neat hair, manicured nails and clean hands. A clear complexion helps and of course a well-proportioned figure is very important for both male and female applicants. Tattoos should not be visible and simple earrings are recommended rather than the dangling style. Other body piercings are generally not accepted, so you would be wise to remove any that you may have.
